We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to deliver high-quality, engaging, and safe Pilates sessions to clients of varying fitness levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates instruction, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

An employee at this level works under general supervision, performing complex tasks within a team or individually, and may involve managing programs, supervising staff.

An employee at his level has:

  • Worked or studied in a relevant field and /or has specialist knowledge qualifications and experience

  • Formal trade or technical qualifications relevant to the employer in more than one trade or technical field, which are required by the employer to perform the job

  • Specialist post-trade qualifications which are required by the employer to perform the job and organisation or industry-specific knowledge sufficient for them to give advice and /or guidance to their organisation and /or clients in relation to specific areas of their responsibility

Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Certified Pilates Instructor qualification (Reformer specialisation required)

  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and movement principles

  • Previous experience teaching Reformer Pilates (group and/or private sessions)

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills

  • Ability to adapt sessions for different fitness levels, injuries, or special populations

  • Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach

Desirable:

  • Additional certifications in Mat Pilates, yoga, barre, or fitness instruction

  • Experience working in boutique fitness studios or wellness environments

  • Knowledge of client management systems or booking software

  • First Aid/CPR certification

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $40.43 – $42.04 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
