Are you an experienced Dental Assistant ready to expand your scope? This is your chance to join a busy, high-profile practice in the Pilbara and take on a diverse, rewarding role combining clinical and administrative responsibilities.

About the Role

You'll be the central link between our clinical and admin teams, ensuring seamless operations and an exceptional patient experience.

Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Chairside assistance for dental procedures
  • Sterilisation and infection control management
  • Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Reception and patient coordination
  • Managing accounts receivable/payable and billing
  • Payroll and Xero experience highly regarded

About You

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who has:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Dental Assistant
  • Proven skills in practice administration and management
  • High computer literacy (Microsoft Office, dental software)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Qualifications in Dental Assisting and/or Business Administration (preferred)
