Fantastic opportunity for a talented and driven Site Access & Business Support Administrator to work in a fast-growing organisation based in Subiaco. Support the team with site access, travel and other site administrative functions of the business.

We are an ASX listed Gold Exploration and development company based in Subiaco, with multiple projects in Western Australia.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail oriented and appropriately credentialed Site Access & Business Support Administrator to join our team.

Reporting to the Exploration Manager and Finance, you'll ensure the effective administration and coordination of site access, and assist with the oversight of financial processes, contractor compliance, and contribute to the overall operational efficiency and regulatory compliance of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Travel Management
  • Site Access for employees and contractors
  • Assist with compliance, reporting and other data management.
  • Provide Support Assistance with Accounts Payable function, including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, creditor management and resolving discrepancies
  • Management of the Capital Expenditure Approvals
  • Management of the company credit card function.
  • Document control.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience with site access processes. Site-based experience would be highly recommended.
  • An understanding of accounts payable and other financial administration processes.
  • Exposure to document management.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
