At Montessori Beginnings, a premium Early Learning organization with multiple locations throughout Melbourne, we're excited to announce that one of our longest-established centres in Hoppers Crossing is expanding its team We're looking for passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to help us create a nurturing and inspiring environment at our Hoppers Crossing Centre.

About the Role:

As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, engaging, and stimulating atmosphere where young children can thrive. You'll work closely with parents, caregivers, and fellow educators to foster positive outcomes for every child.

Who You Are:

We're searching for individuals who are not only passionate about early childhood education but also eager to engage children in a rich Montessori learning experience. Comprehensive training will be provided, including access to our unique Montessori Training Program, where you will gain invaluable insights and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities and programs for young children.

Create a welcoming environment that encourages learning and exploration.

Observe, assess, and communicate children's developmental progress to parents and caregivers.

Collaborate with professionals such as speech and occupational therapists to support individual needs.

Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.

About You:

You are fun, energetic, friendly, and motivated to join our Montessori Beginnings Hoppers Crossing family

Qualifications:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing.

Valid WWCC, First Aid, and Mandatory Reporting certifications.

Experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting.

Strong understanding of child development and best practices in early childhood education.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
