We are excited to announce that we have a 1.0FTE 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity available for an experienced ECT / Kindergarten Teacher, commencing January 2026.

About the role:

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

• Provide high-quality, Christ-centred education and care for Kindergarten children.

• Plan, implement and evaluate an emergent curriculum aligned with the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG).

• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families.

• Lead a small team of caring educators, fostering a collaborative and joyful learning environment.

• Work closely with the Director of Little Learners to ensure quality standards and compliance.

• Ideally have experience with the Kathy Walker Learning Approach. Additionally, experience with Bush and Beach Kindy is highly regarded.

About you:

You are a passionate, qualified educator who:

• Holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).

• Has experience in an early childhood setting. Bush or Beach Kindy experience would be highly advantageous.

• Holds a current Blue Card and First Aid/CPR certification.

• Demonstrates a commitment to Christian education and living out your faith in the workplace.

• Brings warmth, initiative and a genuine love for teaching young children.
