Part-Time Bookkeeper (3 Days per Week)

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing business and has strong experience in bookkeeping and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage invoice follow-ups and ensure timely payment collection
  • Reconcile accounts in Xero accurately and on schedule
  • Prepare and send deposit invoices to clients
  • Enter and process bills for payment
  • Maintain clear and organised financial records
  • Liaise with management regarding outstanding accounts and payment schedules
  • Assist with ad-hoc bookkeeping and administrative tasks as required
About You
  • Minimum 5+ years bookkeeping experience (preferably in Xero)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach to following up invoices
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles and accounts payable/receivable
