Part-Time Bookkeeper (3 Days per Week)
We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing business and has strong experience in bookkeeping and account management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage invoice follow-ups and ensure timely payment collection
- Reconcile accounts in Xero accurately and on schedule
- Prepare and send deposit invoices to clients
- Enter and process bills for payment
- Maintain clear and organised financial records
- Liaise with management regarding outstanding accounts and payment schedules
- Assist with ad-hoc bookkeeping and administrative tasks as required
- Minimum 5+ years bookkeeping experience (preferably in Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach to following up invoices
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and accounts payable/receivable
- Flexible part-time hours (3 days per week)
