  • Evaluate and analyse business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline operations and enhance performance.
  • Create, implement, and execute test plans for new systems and features, ensuring they meet the required functional and quality standards.
  • Develop user manuals, training documentation, and provide training sessions to ensure smooth user adoption and system understanding.
  • Plan and coordinate usability testing sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement in the user experience.
