About the role.

We are searching for a creative individual skilled in capturing compelling videography of both properties and people. The role involves producing video content for new property listings, as well as promotional content for agents and branding events. The ideal candidate must have strong video production and editing experience, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing content. Strong communication skills, collaboration with team members, and the capacity to work independently are essential. Proficiency in camera equipment, drones, and video editing software is required.

About you.

Ideally, you are an experienced videographer with a portfolio across property, architecture, and lifestyle. You have a knack for capturing the essence, feeling, and character of a home, person, or place as we pride our videography as a key point of difference.

Key responsibilities.

  • Responsible for conceptualising, producing, and creating videos across the various Pulse Property digital platforms.
  • Responsible for end-to-end production, working closely with the internal marketing team to produce video content to suit both editorial and

    commercial needs.
  • Produce quality online video content that drives engagement, audience growth, and revenue for the business.
  • Produce videos across multiple platforms in short form and long-form as well as daily content for social media.
  • Create engaging videos that meet brand, individual and team goals (e.g. engagement, traffic, conversion, etc.)
  • The ability to work quickly to tight deadlines under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Flexibility, urgency, drive and a professional approach at all times. On occasion there is weekend and evening work depending on the clients needs.
