Role and Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos and deliver top-level graphic design work for materials such as club flyers, menus, promotional graphics, and any additional design needs.
  • Focus on Shore Beach Club Manly's rooftop project, with occasional collaboration with other designers and content teams within the group for specific projects or ongoing activations.
  • Produce visually engaging content that aligns with the venue's brand identity.
  • Create and execute design concepts for digital and print materials, including social media assets, posters, banners, and merchandise.
  • Work closely with the marketing and events teams to capture photo and video content of events, activations, and brand initiatives, including both candid and curated shots.
  • Develop branding elements and creative ideas for seasonal campaigns and events.
  • Ability to take direction and work at a fast pace with high energy and a strong work ethic.

Required Skills And Qualities

  • Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing;
  • Advanced graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.);
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and aesthetics;
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work efficiently under pressure, and consistently meet tight deadlines;
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with team members and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A background in creative media, design, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in hospitality or event-driven venues;
  • Familiarity with social media trends and content creation for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
