About Our Client

Our client is a leading provider of facility and maintenance services across mining and remote village operations. They take pride in supporting essential mining operations with high-quality service delivery, ensuring site facilities, accommodation, and catering services are maintained to the highest standards.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Utility Worker, you'll play a key role in maintaining the daily operations of the site and village facilities. Your duties will include cleaning accommodation and mine site facilities, supporting kitchen and laundry operations, and assisting with food and beverage service. You'll also help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for site residents and workers.

What You Will Need:

  • Valid QLD Driver's Licence
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and instant drug & alcohol screen
  • Current National Police Check (within 6 months)
  • Construction White Card (desirable)
  • Food Safety Supervisor/Handler Certification (desirable)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification (desirable)
  • Previous experience as a Utility in the mining or hospitality sectors
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously
  • Physically capable of manual handling and long shifts
  • Ability to work in remote locations and start immediately
