The Position

Orange Anglican Grammar School (OAGS) is seeking a visionary and servant-hearted Director of Secondary School to lead Years 7–12 with strategic oversight, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to Christian education. This executive role is pivotal in shaping the academic, pastoral, and cultural life of the Senior School, ensuring alignment with the school's mission to seek Truth, pursue Excellence, and live a life fulfilled in Service.

Reporting to the Headmaster and serving as a member of the School Executive, the Director will lead a team of Stage and Faculty Coordinators and teaching staff, driving curriculum innovation, student engagement, staff development, and school operations. The role includes oversight of teaching and learning programs, pastoral care frameworks, assessment schedules, and transition programs, while fostering a culture of professional excellence and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be a strategic and values-driven educational leader who embodies Christian principles and demonstrates a deep commitment to holistic student development. With proven experience in executive or senior leadership, they will bring expertise in curriculum design, pastoral care, and school culture. The Director will inspire and mentor staff, cultivate strong relationships across the school community, and lead with integrity, resilience, and a collaborative spirit.
