The Opportunity: Automotive Estimator

As an Estimator, you'll be the bridge between customers, insurers, and our workshop team — ensuring repairs are quoted accurately, approved promptly, and delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, timely repair estimates using iBodyshop (experience essential).
• Liaise with customers and insurers, explaining repairs in a clear, professional manner.
• Work closely with the workshop team to align repair scopes and timelines.
• Identify repair methods that balance quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.

You'll Bring

• Proven experience as an Automotive Estimator (panel shop background preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of iBodyshop (preferred)
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
• Minimum 1-2 years of automotive estimator experience required.
