About Us

As an industry leader, we are committed to innovation, operational excellence, and team development. We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee our stores in New Castle, Sydney and the Central Coast and take performance to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Store Performance: Monitor and drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency across multiple locations, through regular reviews and interaction with teams
Floor Management: Ensure the floors of each of your showrooms has in stock, best sellers, customised to the specific store and their sales history, using relevant reporting to make strategic decisions.
Stock Integrity: Ensure stores are following processes in place to minimize shrinkage, and ensure optimal stock levels.
Performance Management: Set clear KPIs, coach store managers, and address performance gaps effectively.
Recruitment and Retention: Attract, recruit, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of engagement and excellence.
- Training and Upskilling: Develop and implement training programs to elevate team performance and ensure ongoing professional growth.
- Reporting Interpretation: Analyse sales, financial, and operational reports to make informed decisions and implement action plans.
- Customer Complaints: Manage escalated customer complaints, as per the needs of the business
- Interstate Travel: Regularly visit stores across different regions to provide hands-on support and build strong relationships with store teams.
- WHS Compliance: Uphold Workplace Health and Safety standards, ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers.
- Cost Control: Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including marketing, logistics, and HR, to ensure seamless operations and consistent brand standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Regional Manager, Multi-Site Manager, or equivalent role in the retail sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities.
- A solid understanding of retail operations, product merchandising, and sales optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in interpreting financial reports and operational data.
- Willingness to travel interstate regularly.
- Knowledge of WHS regulations and commitment to compliance.
