Lot Fourteen's tech precinct and reporting to the People & Talent Director, you will be right at the centre of Myriota's global scale-up journey.

How you will drive success:

• Strategic Partnering:
  Work side-by-side with leaders to understand and build fit-for-purpose people solutions that support growth, performance, and team health.
• End-to-End Talent Ownership:
  Own the full talent lifecycle across multiple functions and stay ahead of the curve. You'll need to be proactive, creative and absolutely on the ball when it comes to attracting and retaining top talent.
• Technology & Process Optimisation:
  You'll bring a scalable approach to processes and will understand how to leverage technology to free up time for meaningful work. You are always looking for better ways to do things, and you're not afraid to build the engine as you go.
• Culture & Engagement:
  Champion and shape our culture as we scale. You'll drive initiatives that enhance engagement, build trust, and embed our values in how we work and grow.
• Coaching & Capability Building:
  Be a sounding board to leaders and teams coaching through change, performance challenges, and team dynamics, with a focus on building leadership capability.
• Organisational Agility:
  Work across multiple concurrent projects and priorities, often with shifting scope and urgency. You'll move comfortably between strategic planning and tactical delivery.
• Data-Informed Decisions:
  Use people metrics and insights to inform decision-making, track success, and highlight opportunities or risks early.
• Collaboration at Speed:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our people strategy enables our commercial goals.

What we value in you:

• Proven experience as a People & Culture Business Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth, global or tech environment
• Strong generalist skills across the full employee lifecycle, with particular strengths in talent, engagement, performance, and business partnering
• A natural problem solver who is comfortable in ambiguity, able to switch gears quickly, and isn't fazed by juggling competing demands
• Commercial acumen: You understand how the business works and how People strategies drive performance
• A hands-on approach: you are just as comfortable developing strategy as you are executing it
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. You influence with empathy, clarity, and credibility
• A deep belief in the impact of strong culture, and a passion for helping people and teams thrive
