Amin's Butcher and Grill is on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our Springwood crew This isn't your average hospitality gig — we're a vibrant, fast-paced venue where guests handpick premium meats from our in-house butcher and have them grilled to perfection, right on the spot. We're also proud to be a Campos café, serving up specialty coffee daily with a warm, community-focused vibe.

Immediate start-Pays above Award rates

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team under pressure

  • Availability to work evenings, one weekend day, and public holidays as required

  • Hands-on, proactive approach with attention to detail

  • Well-presented with a professional and friendly attitude

  • Competency in basic POS systems and daily cash handling

  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures

  • Barista skills or previous café experience
