Role Description

This is a full-time, 4-month contract role for a Sales Associate based in Springwood, QLD, with some work-from-home flexibility. There is potential for extension beyond the initial contract period.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling Club Pilates memberships, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a strong knowledge of our programs and offerings. Daily tasks include generating and following up on leads, conducting studio tours, managing client accounts, and participating in community events to boost brand awareness.

Qualifications


• Proven sales and customer service skills


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Goal-orientated and data-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed targets


• Proficiency in client management software and basic computer skills


• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively


• Interest or experience in the fitness industry is a plus


• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous


• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
