Machine Operator

Location: Ingleburn, NSW

Start: Immediate | Shift: Monday to Friday

Synergie Australia has partnered with a highly respected manufacturer and processor of steel products servicing the civil, construction, and industrial sectors. Due to ongoing business growth, we are seeking experienced Machine Operators with crane loading experience to join the team in Ingleburn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery for processing steel and reinforcement bars

  • Use a variety of machines including manual benches, off-coil equipment, benders, and shearers

  • Operate overhead cranes to safely move mesh and steel products

  • Perform manual handling of materials (up to 20kg)

  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety

About You – Essential Criteria

  • Experience in heavy manufacturing or industrial environments

  • Overhead crane experience (highly advantageous)

  • Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling tasks

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

  • Own transport – essential for afternoon shift
