We have over 59 stores Nationwide with a strong growth plan. We have over 500 team members and 10 Cluster Managers / Area Managers. What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the team with energy, kindness and a hands-on attitude.
  • Creating a magical in-store experience for families, kids, and of course those curious grownups needing a special gift or even something for themselves
  • Keeping the store looking its best – bright, tidy and bursting with creativity.
  • Managing stock merchandising and store presentation.
  • Supporting team development and training.
  • Meeting basic targets (without losing the fun in the process)

What you'll bring:

  • Previous retail management experience is preferred – bonus points if it's in toys, gift, or speciality retail.
  • A love for children's products, learning through play and excellent customer service.
  • A TEAM first mindset and a warm approachable leadership style.
  • Flexible to work weekends and busy holiday periods (our busiest trading time)
