Job description:

Join Australian Unity's Health Concierge team and help older Australians live independently at home. We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to manage service bookings and staff schedules across QLD and NT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate field staff schedules to ensure timely service delivery
  • Manage coverage during staff leave periods
  • Maintain and update scheduling systems (training provided)
  • Communicate effectively with staff and clients to resolve scheduling issues

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with Procura or Salesforce is a plus
  • Knowledge of Queensland geography is required
  • Choice of office location between Oxley QLD or Birtinya QLD
  • Hyrbid working week available within some ability to work from home
  • Rotating roster coverage 6am to 2pm, 8am to 4pm and 10am to 6pm
  • Must have the right to work in Australia
