About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to join our Noosa team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career in events and keen to learn from an experienced team. You'll play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of our world-class events.

This role involves travel within Australia & New Zealand with weekend work during event periods.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with event logistics and supplier coordination (e.g. fencing, marquees, waste services).
  • Help organise event vehicle bookings.
  • Prepare and maintain event documents such as signage plans and venue manuals.
  • Support the team during event setup and pack-down at start lines, finish lines, aid stations, and expo areas.
  • Contribute to meetings and briefings on event operations.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe event environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • A valid driver's licence.
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Right to work in Australia.

Nice to Have (but not essential):

  • Previous experience in events or volunteering at sporting events.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or studies in Event Management.
  • Forklift or scooter licence.
