An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to join the Unison team.

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you'll support brand storytelling across retail marketing, social media and content creation. From delivering campaigns and store launches to managing samples and assisting on shoots, this hands-on role offers variety and the chance to bring our brand moments to life.

THE ROLE:
  • Assist with the rollout of seasonal campaigns and activations
  • Coordinate marketing for store openings and support in-store experiences
  • Collaborate with centre marketing teams to drive local engagement
  • Support brand activity across retail partners (Myer, David Jones, The Iconic)
  • Help create and coordinate content for social media with our PR & Social team
  • Manage product samples for marketing, PR and campaign needs
  • Provide hands-on support during campaign shoots and styling days
  • On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a marketing support or coordination role
  • A passion for fashion, retail and brand marketing
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • A creative mindset and an interest in content creation and social media
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • A hands-on attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
