What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervising a small crew of 4 day-shift maintenance personnel
  • Coordinating and executing two shutdowns per week (1 x 4hr & 1 x 12hr)
  • Managing daily preventative maintenance and repairs on fixed plant assets
  • Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring all work is completed to site standards
  • Using Pronto, Observer, Coupa, and Excel for planning and reporting

What We're Looking For

  • Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter or equivalent background
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role on crushing or processing plants
  • Hands-on leader with strong communication and organisational skills
  • Sound computer literacy and familiarity with maintenance systems
  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
