Role Description

We are seeking two enthusiastic 1st or 2nd year apprentices in horticulture to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in Brisbane, QLD. As an apprentice, you will be involved in daily tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, mowing, mulching, and general garden maintenance. You will work under the guidance of experienced professionals, learning the trade while contributing to the upkeep and landscaping of high-quality commercial gardens.

Qualifications

  • A genuine interest in horticulture and outdoor work
  • Basic understanding or willingness to learn planting, pruning, and maintenance techniques
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions
  • Physical fitness and the capability to perform manual labor
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation would be beneficial (but not essential)
  • Prior experience or education in horticulture or gardening-related fields is a plus, but not mandatory
