The Good Times Pub Group, Queensland's fastest growing Hotel Group, is now seeking applications for an experienced Retail Supervisor, with wine knowledge, to work in our new concept store located in Worongary.

This full time position requires the flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays. The role will mostly be autonomously, while other times will work as part of a team.

The stores hours of operation are 9am to 9pm, 7 days per week. You will have 1 to 2 mid-afternoon finishes per week and 2 consecutive days off per week.

Retail Supervisor duties include but are not limited to:

  • Providing excellent customer service and advice when required
  • Ensuring all shelves are fully stocked
  • Receiving deliveries, completing invoicing and inventory
  • Performing ID checks, cash handling and stock control and reconciliation
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the retail shop

The Essential Requirements:

  • Recent retail experience
  • A passion for wine
  • Wine knowledge and sales experience is a must
  • Confident in recommending wines
  • Understanding both invoicing and inventory tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly motivated personality
  • Must be well presented
  • Own reliable transport and current drivers licence preferred
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol / or must be able to gain prior to commencing
