Locum Occupational Therapist - Sydney Private Hospital

ASAP Start | Ongoing until December (with potential to extend)

This role offers the chance to work across both inpatient and day rehabilitation programs, with exposure to a diverse caseload and excellent professional development opportunities.

The Role

  • Deliver high-quality OT services across rehabilitation and surgical wards
  • Assess and manage patients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
  • Set meaningful short and long-term goals with patients and families
  • Participate in case conferences, rehab planning, and family meetings
  • Develop effective discharge programs, including home visits and equipment prescription
  • Work both autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic MDT

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a hospital setting (acute and/or rehab)
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
