The Role:
As a valued member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. This casual position offers flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle and the opportunity to work in a positive and professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and manage appointments using medical software (e.g., Best Practice/MedicalDirector)

  • Handle incoming phone calls and patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy

  • Process billing and Medicare claims

  • Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy

  • Provide administrative support to doctors and nurses as required

About You:

  • Previous experience in a medical reception or general practice setting preferred

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

  • Proficient with medical practice software (training can be provided)

  • Reliable, flexible, and a true team player

  • Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
