u'd be working within a dynamic team ensuring all clinicians are well supported in an administrative manner as well as ensuring patients outcomes are attended to. Your role is to support the Doctors, allied health team and support staff in addition to liaising with GPs and Insurance companies. The applicant must be willing to travel, as Doctors consult at other clinics (Blacktown, Penrith and Westmead ). Public transport is limited to some of these clinics. Your responsibilities include:
- Dealing with the patients, face to face and over the phone
- Administration duties, telephone, co-ordination patient appointments
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Display high levels of motivation
- Efficient and productive with excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail The successful applicant will be provided with the training required. The role involves dealing with third parties (insurance companies) over the phone.
