  • The Customer Success Architect aka 'CSA' will work for a fast-growing software business in Perth, WA.
  • The CSA will be part of a low ego, high can-do, customer-first culture.

  • The CSA will have gravitas, change management acumen, project delivery and exceptional communication skills.
  • The CSA will be comfortable working across timezones, with occasional domestic and international travel.
