Adelaide, South Australia Verdons Transport Pty Ltd Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Verdon's Transport is an Adelaide based company with our workshops located in Green Fields. We have over 200 pieces of on-road equipment and we currently require the services of an experienced mechanic.

The position will require the following

  • Trade experience in the servicing and maintaining of our fleet which includes prime movers, trailers and dollies
  • A knowledge of fault finding in electrical and air systems is paramount along with the ability to use engine diagnostics equipment
  • Experience with welding & oxy cutting equipment would be an advantage
  • A HC licence and or a forklift licence would be an advantage but not essential
  • A current car licence and own transport is essential
  • You must be pro active and show initiative and posess' the ability to work unsupervised
  • Must be able to maintain and complete service records on all vehicles

The position can be either full-time or casual and overtime is available
