About the Role

We are looking for compassionate NDIS Support Workers to join our growing team in Banora Point, Tweed Heads, surrounding areas, and the Southern Gold Coast.

You will be supporting participants in their homes and communities, helping them achieve their goals, develop life skills, and maintain independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and daily living support
  • Assist with community access and social participation
  • Support with household tasks, meal preparation, and transport
  • Implement participant care plans in line with NDIS goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and reports

About You

We are seeking individuals who are:

  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference

  • Flexible and adaptable to participants' needs

Essential Requirements

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current Working with Children Check (NSW & QLD or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Experience in disability support, aged care, or community services

Desirable

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Individual Support
  • Mental Health First Aid or relevant experience
  • Lived and/or professional experience in disability
