About the role

Riverport Dental is seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our team in Goolwa, SA. As a casual Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our dentists in delivering exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting dentists during procedures by passing instruments, suctioning, and maintaining a clean and sterile work environment
  2. Sterilising and maintaining dental equipment and instruments
  3. Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies
  4. Providing excellent customer service to patients, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns
  5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  6. Undertaking administrative tasks as required, such as scheduling appointments and answering phone calls

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is preferable, however we are also happy to accept someone with no experience and offer on-the-job training to the right candidate
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients
  3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  4. A genuine passion for providing high-quality patient care and a commitment to continuous learning
  5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work as part of a team
