The Role

We are seeking three engineers to support the delivery and performance of key infrastructure projects across Tasmania. These roles include:

  • 1 x Site Engineer (Civil) – Burnie
  • 1 x Site Engineer (Electrical) – Selfs Point, Hobart
  • 1 x Asset Performance Engineer – Launceston

Each role plays a vital part in ensuring our projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard, while also contributing to long-term asset reliability and service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engineering coordination across design, procurement, installation, and testing phases to meet project timelines and client expectations.
  • Support project delivery through proactive planning, technical oversight, and collaboration with construction teams.
  • Apply asset reliability and performance analysis to improve infrastructure outcomes and reduce operational risk.
  • Develop and implement maintenance and renewal strategies aligned with long-term investment planning.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout all project activities.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive performance and accountability.

What we're looking for

We're seeking engineers with sound technical foundations, 2-3 years of practical experience, and a collaborative mindset to join our team across various infrastructure and asset-focused projects. Whether you're supporting construction delivery or driving asset performance improvements, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or related field).
  • 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in either project delivery or asset performance improvement.
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles, standards, and quality systems (e.g. AS9001).
  • Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Current C-class Driver's Licence.
