Rockhampton, Queensland, Australia Hawkins Group Pty Ltd Full time $104,000 - $130,878 per year

Hawkins Group are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators and Grader Operators to work on current and upcoming long-term large-scale Mining Construction projects across Central and North Queensland.

Hours are typically 12h per day on a 14/7, 9/5 or similar Rosters, FIFO to site from Rockhampton.

Requirements for the role include but are not limited to the following:

  • RII Certificate any of the following and/or multiple disciplines (excavator, grader, roller, skid steer, water cart)
  • Strong civil experience on these machines
  • Drivers License, Preferably a current HR License.
  • Candidate must have a strong understanding of plant operation
  • Mine Site & Civil Construction Experience is highly advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily pre-start inspections
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery
  • Comply with all safety and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
