We are working with a cutting-edge voice AI company (voice agents, conversational AI, text-to-speech, voice transformation) helping businesses automate voice interactions, reduce cost, and deliver better customer engagement. The platform enables enterprises to deploy voice agents that speak naturally, integrate with business systems, and scale.
Role OverviewYou will drive new business growth in the B2B enterprise segment (e.g. contact centres, telecommunications, SaaS, customer service). You will identify, engage and close high-value clients, manage a pipeline, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with product and technical teams to tailor solutions. Success in this role will be measured by revenue targets, new logos, and customer retention / expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, qualify, and manage a pipeline of mid-market to enterprise clients in target industries
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles: discovery, proposal, demonstrations, technical workshop, negotiation, closure
- Position and articulate the value of voice AI / conversational voice agents to executives and technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, product, and engineering to build proposals & demos aligned to client needs
- Prepare pricing models, commercial terms, contract documents, and proposals
- Achieve or exceed quota / revenue targets
- Maintain CRM data (opportunities, forecasts, customer insights)
- Gather market feedback, competitive intelligence, and influence product roadmap
- Post-sale, support onboarding, upsell and renewals (in partnership with customer success)
- 3+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience (software, AI, SaaS, or technology)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling into multiple stakeholders (business + technical)
- Ability to understand and sell complex, technical solutions
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with prospecting (cold outreach, networking)
- Experience with sales tools, CRM systems
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced startup / scale-up environment
