We're looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join us at our bustling QVB location on a Part Time basis. If you love fashion and want to be part of something big, this is the perfect opportunity for you

  • Contribute to and oversee the management of inventory, stock replenishment, and the efficient running of store operations.

  • Participate in promotional events and initiatives to drive foot traffic and enhance brand visibility.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Previous retail management experience, with a proven track record of successful leadership within the fashion industry.

  • Pride in your exceptional leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and building teams to reach their full potential.

  • Exceptional communication skills with a drive to deliver outstanding customer service.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and harness team strengths to drive innovation within the store.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • Strong organisational abilities and desire to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • A keen eye for fashion trends and an appreciation for Steve Madden's unique style aesthetic.
