The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated Leading Hand or Foreman ready to step up into a Site Supervisor role — or an experienced Supervisor seeking a fresh challenge and further opportunity.

You'll take the lead on site coordination and delivery while being supported by an experienced project team. This is a chance to build your skills in project management and leadership while working across diverse and rewarding outdoor projects that make a real impact in the community.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and motivate on-site crews and subcontractors
  • Coordinate day-to-day site operations, materials, and suppliers
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and presentation
  • Work closely with Project Managers to deliver on time and on budget
  • Be part of a supportive culture that values initiative, collaboration, and growth

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years' experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman (landscaping or civil)
  • Strong understanding of landscaping or civil construction methods
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • A hands-on approach and commitment to safety and quality
  • A drive to progress your career into higher site management roles
