As a Senior Accountant, you'll manage a portfolio of sophisticated clients and play a hands-on role in shaping strategies that matter. Your expertise will influence decisions and strengthen relationships.

This role needs someone who thirves in client-facing roles and enjoy solving complex problems. With strong technical skills and commercial acumen, and the confidence in managing relationships and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client relationships and deliver proactive, strategic advice
  • Prepare financial statements across a range of entities
  • Analyse management accounting reports
  • Conduct tax compliance reviews (tax returns, FBT returns)
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on complex matters
  • Mentor junior team members within a high-performing team
  • Identify opportunities to add value and deepen client relationships
  • Contribute to the firm's growth and market reputation

What We're Looking For:

  • CA or CPA qualified (or working towards)
  • 3+ years' experience in business services or similar environment
  • Solid background in tax and advisory for private clients and businesses
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust
  • Collaborative mindset and genuine interest in mentoring others
