- Support and develop team members through mentoring, performance management, recruitment, and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Partner with stakeholders and vendors, generate operational reports, and act as a key escalation point for critical issues.
Experience & Skills
- Proven leadership experience in technical operations, with strong customer service and project management expertise.
- At least 5 years' experience in IT technical operations, including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of networking and related technologies, combined with a customer-first approach to IT support.

- Demonstrated HR and people management skills—team development, conflict resolution, delegation, and performance oversight.
- A track record of building and sustaining a proactive, high-performing team culture.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
