About us:

Livetools is an Australian owned company based in Newcastle NSW. We are national distributors of CNC engineering products for 14 years strong and are focused on providing products and services that improve our customers productivity.

Our customers range from large multinationals to SME's & vendors from across the globe.

Your Role:

Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for company's accounts end to end. Leading your will team they will assist you in the day to day entries.

Motivated by a challenge, highly organised and determined to take charge of the accounts department, assets and compliance.

To be successful you must demonstrate experience in:

  • NetSuite ERP system experience (highly regarded)
  • Management accounting
  • Accounts Payable / Receivable / Payroll / Reconciliations
  • Multi-currency accounting
  • Reading & creating financial reports
  • CPA & CA qualified
  • Month-end and year-end financial reporting
  • Budget preparation and variance analysis
  • Cash flow forecasting and management
  • Tax compliance and BAS preparation
  • Internal controls and process improvement
  • Financial analysis and KPI reporting
  • Audit preparation and liaison with external accountants
