Get Readii Group is a Queensland-based NDIS provider delivering personalised, participant-focused supports that build independence, confidence, and community connection. We take a hands-on approach to care—walking alongside participants every step of the way.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide assistance to NDIS participants across a variety of settings including:

  • Daily Living (in-home supports)
  • Community Access
  • Supported Independent Living (SIL)
  • Short-Term Accommodation (STA)
  • Group Activities

This may involve supporting participants with personal care, preparing meals, attending appointments, medication prompts, developing life skills, or engaging in community and social activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Genuine care, empathy, and professionalism
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to travel for community access
  • Comfortable with personal care and behaviour support
  • Confidence working independently and in a team
  • Ability to complete shift documentation and follow support plans

Essential Requirements

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Current Blue Card
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
  • Valid Driver's Licence + Access to reliable vehicle with insurance
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or relevant experience

Desirable

  • Experience with mental health, complex behaviours, or psychosocial support
  • Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and participant-centred care
