As we continue to grow, we're looking for a strategic, data-driven creative mind who lives and breathes Meta advertising and knows exactly what makes people stop scrolling and start buying.

If you're someone who sees winning angles everywhere, can turn a single hook into 10 variations, and gets excited about turning raw footage into conversion-driving creative—this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Research and develop winning ad angles that cut through the noise and drive results
  • Create compelling scripts that speak directly to our audience's pain points and desires
  • Brief and manage creators to capture authentic, scroll-stopping content that converts
  • Own the creative production process from initial concept to final edit: building b-roll libraries, hooks, managing raw footage, creating storyboards, and giving feedback to editors and creators.
  • Collaborate with our media buying team to ensure creative aligns with campaign objectives and performance goals
  • Stay ahead of Meta platform updates, creative trends, and what's working in paid social right now

What we are looking for

  • Based at the Gold Coast, QLD
  • Proven experience in Meta advertising creative strategy and production
  • Strong background in ad creative development, scripting, and production management
  • Deep understanding of Meta's advertising platform, creative best practices, and performance optimization
  • Experience managing creators, editors, and creative production workflows
