We are seeking qualified, and experienced horticulturists/gardenersfor immediate start.

Working out from our Kilburn and Lonsdale depots, you will service clients in State & Local Government, High Profile Grounds & Facilities, Residential Housing, and Commercial Clients.

To be considered you will need to possess the following:

  • A Certificate III Horticulture
  • Desirable 3 years' experience (or a minimum of 3 years' experience within a similar role).
  • A current driver's licence (MR or HR licence desirable).
  • A Traffic Management accreditation (desirable).
  • First Aid and White Card, or willingness to obtain.
  • National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain.
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
  • A strong work ethic and proven time management skills.

About the role:

You will be responsible for ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded when delivering exceptional horticultural services. These services will include the following,

  • Hedging, pruning, mulching, planting, weeding, and watering.
  • Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas.
  • Operate and maintain tools, plant and equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment.
