The role

We're seeking a Marketing Executive who thrives on turning strategy into action and ideas into results. You'll be the driving force behind our property marketing – creating campaigns that fill beds, crafting content that inspires wanderlust, and building personalised customer experiences that convert curiosity into bookings.

From executing property marketing plans and tactical F&B promotions to optimising digital performance across SEO, paid campaigns, and email journeys, you'll combine marketing smarts with technical know-how to deliver measurable impact across our network. You'll work directly with property managers, collaborate across our Customer team, and use insights to continuously improve what works.

What you'll get to do:

Execute campaigns that drive results

  • Execute property marketing plans and develop tactical campaigns that drive occupancy and revenue
  • Build targeted audience segments and create personalised messaging that converts
  • Monitor performance and deliver insights to continuously optimise results

Own digital marketing execution

  • Drive SEO and optimise owned channels and listings
  • Manage, with agency support SEM and paid campaigns
  • Design and run tests to improve campaign performance and personalisation
  • Track what's working using analytics and turn data into actionable recommendations

Create content that inspires travel

  • Write compelling copy across campaigns, emails, and digital channels
  • Manage content creation from brief to delivery including freelancers, shoots, and assets
  • Oversee our digital asset library and property marketing materials

Support our entire property network

  • Provide marketing support and capability development to property managers
  • Stay on top of travel trends and audience behaviour to spot opportunities
  • Keep the marketing engine running through calendars, operations, and brand consistency

Essential skills:

  • Solid multi-channel marketing experience, ideally in travel, tourism or hospitality
  • Proven track record developing and executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Digital marketing expertise including SEO/SEM, paid media, and email marketing
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable skills:

  • Experience with CMS and marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and personalisation strategies
  • Understanding of travel industry trends and audience behaviours
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is desirable
