Role Description

This is a Full or part-time, on-site position based in Parramatta, NSW. As a Commercial & Private Funding BRM (Business Relationship Manager), your day-to-day responsibilities will include building and maintaining client relationships, advising clients on tailored financing solutions, managing account portfolios, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering relationships with lenders, brokers, and service providers. You will also be responsible for guiding clients end to end, through financing processes, ensuring timely response to inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service and results.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in sales to identify and present suitable lending solutions to clients.
  • Minimum 3 yrs experience in this field.
  • Account Management ensuring exceptional service delivery on going.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with financial products including business loans, private funding, and commercial finance is required.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work on-site in Parramatta, NSW.
  • Prior experience in financial services, banking, or real estate is a plus.
  • Must Have own Vehicle
