About the role
The Digital Producer provides a broad range of services to support the Communications unit to deliver on its communications and corporate goals.
This position is available on a temporary full-time basis up to 30 September 2027.

The New South Wales Electoral Commission delivers trusted and independent systems, processes, oversight and engagement that support democracy in New South Wales. Our vision is to maintain confidence in the integrity of the democratic process and make it easy for people to understand and participate.
Our work includes:
- Running and regulating elections
- Communicating and engaging with current and future voters, key NSW community stakeholders and NSW election participants; and
- Investigating possible offences and enforcing electoral and lobbying laws such as the Electoral Act 2017 and the Electoral Funding Act 2018.

Key knowledge, experience and essential requirements
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- Equivalent professional experience in a multi-faceted administrative role requiring attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms such as Kentico CMS, Google Analytics, Adobe creative suite and ability to work with spreadsheets, digital newsletter and survey tools.
- Experience in successfully juggling multiple projects with non-negotiable deadlines.
- Political neutrality with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners.
- Satisfactory Criminal Record check result.
