What Success Looks Like In This Role
Field Engineer Lead Technician
will provide technical (1st and 2nd level) IT support to internal employees via telephone, email, walk-ins, and remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting
  • O365 experience is essential. Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC's.
  • Active Directory (users, mailbox management), Operating system support (Windows 10 & 7, Linux, and other operating systems)
  • Prior experience working in hardware break and fix, installation, desk-side software support, and service desk support.
  • People with Limited-Service Desk Experience of 1 year in IT Service Desk, Help Desk, IT Support Analyst, or Technical Support can apply.
  • Provide support for hardware such as laptops, desktops, and monitors.
  • Printing (installation, deployment, configuration, disposals)
  • Complex Software installation and troubleshooting
  • Network (triaging, fault diagnostic, root cause analysis)

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • NV2 Security Clearance preferred. Minimum NV1 security Clerance must have for this role.
  • Proven experience in a technical support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution
  • Experience with supporting a corporate Windows and Linux environment
  • Experience with supporting physical and virtual environments (Desktop and Servers)
  • Active Directory (users, mailbox management )
  • Operating system support (Windows 10 & 7, Linux, and other operating systems)
  • Office 365, Outlook, exchange, and other critical business application support Standalone Support
