The brand has built a loyal following across Australia, New Zealand, and more recently in the USA.

An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Fashion Designer to work closely with the role based in Melbourne. Our company is built on a foundation of respect, innovation, and positive work enviormnent.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Co-develop and execute seasonal range plans aligned with brand direction and market trends
  • Lead the sampling and fitting process to ensure high-quality, well-executed garments
  • Conduct in-depth trend research and product analysis to inform design decisions
  • Develop and update design tools such as colour palettes, CADs and seasonal pre-lines.
  • Collaborate on print development and recolouring
  • Design with a strong understanding of target price points and category requirements
  • Monitor and manage the sample process, ensuring all deadlines within the critical path are met

We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

  • Exceptional creative abilities. Capable of developing new and exciting product ideas quickly
  • Experience in the female fashion business as a designer
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills, ability to communicate your designs and trend inspiration to key stakeholders
  • Great sketching skills (hand or CAD) to communicate designs
  • A collaborative team player who can multitask and work at a fast pace, we thrive on efficiency.
