Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Analysis

Assist the sales team with order processing, quotation preparation, and customer follow-up.

Conduct sales data analysis and prepare regular sales performance reports.

Maintain customer records and support CRM updates.

Order & Supply Chain Coordination

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Track shipment schedules, logistics, and customs documentation for international trade.

Follow up on delivery status and resolve supply chain issues when necessary.

Finance & Administration

Assist with routine finance-related tasks, including bank transactions, invoicing, and expense tracking.

Support preparation of tax and compliance documents in coordination with external accountants.

Reconcile basic financial records and ensure proper documentation.

Cross-functional Support

Liaise with global teams across NordiTube's offices to ensure consistent communication.

Support general office administration and ad-hoc business projects as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Prior experience in sales coordination, order management, supply chain, or finance is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome.

Strong Excel and analytical skills; ability to handle data and reports.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with good problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.

Language: Proficiency in English is required; Chinese language skills are highly preferred.
