As a
Senior Manager,
you will define and execute the company's AI strategy, building frameworks, leading delivery, and embedding responsible, high-impact AI across all business areas. From intelligent document processing and conversational AI to predictive automation, you will turn vision into production-ready systems that deliver measurable value.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, align strategy with outcomes, and champion a culture of AI learning and innovation. This is a pivotal role for a commercially minded leader who wants to make AI real, driving efficiency, insight, and transformation at scale.

Leadership, Strategy & Collaboration

  • Define and execute AI strategy aligned with commercial goals and regulatory standards.

  • Optimise model performance for latency, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Implement governed GenAI pipelines with strong performance monitoring.
  • Build agentic workflows that apply AI to automate decision-making and enhance customer experience.

Data & Systems Engineering

  • Build and maintain robust data pipelines for feature extraction and feedback loops.
  • Manage APIs, real-time systems, and distributed environments for scale and reliability.
  • Optimise databases including SQL and vector stores to support retrieval and model performance.
  • Ensure system scalability, observability, and operational resilience.

Ideal Background

  • Proficient in Python, cloud-native systems, and modern MLOps practices.
  • Experienced in bringing GenAI and agentic systems into production.
  • Combines strong architectural vision with hands-on technical capability.
