What To Expect
With a continuously growing team and some of Australia's favorite consumer brands on board, there's never been a better time to join Rocket As our Territory Manager you'll make a real impact - growing our brands through increasing market share, identifying new business and activating in-store promotions that really add value. You'll build genuine and meaningful relationships that lead to increased sales and product recommendations.
Your Day-to-Day
- After consulting the call cycle you developed earlier in the quarter, you'll hit the road and arrive to your first pharmacy
- In-store, you'll connect with the Retail Manager for a strategic sales chat about our latest products, promotions, and any special offers tailored to their needs (each pharmacy has their unique needs and challenges)
- First visit done You update our CRM (Salesforce) with the relevant info and achieved sales
- Off to your next pharmacy where you sell in cycle deals and perhaps run a brief detailing session to educate the Beauty Advisors and Pharmacy Assistants on the benefits of our great portfolio
- You hit pharmacy #3 where you activate an in-store promo for a brand that has promotional activity about to commence and you make sure all of our brands look benchmark on shelf
- With a few more visits under your belt, it's a quick check of the CRM to capture your day before you head home
Who We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from energetic professionals passionate about beauty, skincare and wellness. We need a bright star – a true salesperson with an engaging communication style who gets a buzz from working in a fast-paced environment. Targets motivate you and you love being out on the road Perhaps you're a Pharmacy Retail Manager who wants to launch your career in a new direction? Or an experienced field sales professional hungry for something more exciting? Experience across the pharmacy channel, sales negotiation and wholesaler / distributor channels will also impress us
Your territory will cover Melbourne's CBD and surrounding suburbs as well as a country region. You'll be on the road a lot so it's preferable that you live within this area. With a generous car allowance on offer, you'll need your own car and a current driver's license.
